Qualifications

• Field-based telecommunications experience.
• Experience with fiber, telecom carriers, or utility networks.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with live network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel between telecom and network sites across Long Island.
• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair telecom equipment.
• Support transport technologies including legacy and modern networks.
• Assist with provisioning, testing, and restoration of services.
• Troubleshoot issues and document field activity.
