Qualifications

• HS diploma plus a minimum of 3 years directly related experience.
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute network installations per customer orders, specs, and standards.
• Analyze requirements, gather equipment, and assess sites for successful deployments.
• Prepare installation diagrams and establish voice/data networks by cabling and installing equipment.
• Build ironwork and ladder racks, activate remote access tools, coordinate with contractors.
• Test circuits, equipment, and alarms; identify and fix issues or escalate when needed.
• Document cables and equipment, record configurations, and maintain safe work practices.
• Use the customer ticketing system to track and update work performed.
• Basic understanding of VoIP technology; follow customer best practices and procedures.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecom equipment; provide reports and service requests.
• Contribute to project success and high-quality service delivery.
