Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure that construction or installation work meets standards by inspecting, testing, and monitoring compliance across projects.

You’ll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes. This role may require overtime, travel, and after-hours responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans/specs are met.
• Perform final inspections per customer requests to ensure construction standards compliance.
• Identify issues and report them for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours as needed; perform duties in all weather.
• Other duties as assigned.
