Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure construction or installation work meets plans and specifications through inspections, tests, and monitoring of compliance. You will document findings, report issues to the team, and support improvements to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.

The role requires flexibility to travel, work in all weather, and overtime as needed; a valid US driver’s license and at least one year of relevant experience are

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry standards.
• Familiarity with Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to operate in remote locations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and documented.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
