Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment technology and survey infrastructure is desired.
• Travel up to 30% may be required to support sites in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, and repair machine control, GPS, and telematics systems on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/electrical issues on job sites.
• Provide customer training on machine technology and survey products.
• Train colleagues and customers to maximize technology use and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support deployments.
