Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Intermediate understanding of networking standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Results oriented and has project management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Must be able to lift over 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote the adoption of technology solutions at district jobsites, including deployment, ongoing support, and training.
• Identify innovations, challenges, issues and solutions with project teams.
• Build working relationships with project and district teams.
• Provide implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
• Site setup and maintenance for technologies and infrastructure, including remote support.
• Monitor server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation.
• Plan, create and deliver technical training and knowledge resources.
• Resolve user-reported problems and document resolutions.
• Assist other team members with technical issues.
• Travel up to 25% within the district/country.
