Job summary

Advanced Imaging Strategies in Pasadena, CA seeks a Business Technology Consultant (Outside Sales) to generate new business through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and territory management. You will build relationships, present technology solutions, prepare proposals, and close contracts.

This field-based role requires frequent travel (75%+), strong CRM discipline, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with Sales Operations, Service, Logistics, Finance, and other

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of outside B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales experience with demonstrated success achieving sales goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills, with strong consultative selling and relationship building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned sales territory with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to regularly travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, canvassing, and other approved sales activities.
• This is a field-based sales position. The employee is expected to regularly travel within an assigned territory to meet with prospective and existing customers, conduct discovery meetings, understand needs, and recommend technology solutions.
• Present company products and services through professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate pricing and terms; and close new business opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales, gross profit, and activity objectives; maintain CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts.
