Homebound in Dallas/Fort Worth seeks a Field Program Manager to ensure our technology and AI deliver measurable improvements across homebuilding operations. You will lead field technology deployment, change management, and cross-functional execution on the jobsite.

The role partners with product, operations, and field teams to scale systems and processes, with opportunities to expand to Houston and broader portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field operations, construction supervision, or related roles.
• Proven ability to drive technology adoption within field teams.
• Experience in residential construction or field operations tech is a plus.
• Based in Dallas with weekly jobsite presence; Houston expansion anticipated.
• Strong analytical skills including adoption metric tracking.
• Excellent communication skills translating between field, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Structured thinker with initiative, able to drive execution or build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Field Deployment & First-Line Support: act as first escalation for field tech issues with weekly Dallas presence and eventual Houston coverage.
• Change Management & Field Enablement: onboard new Superintendents and trade partners; maintain mobile training and best practices.
• Platform Adoption and Impact: co-own adoption metrics; diagnose blockers and ensure reliable data for AI models.
• Workflow and Process Optimization: shadow Superintendents, adjust schedules, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements for speed and quality.
• Cross-Functional Program Delivery: manage third-party video capture, onboard partners, validate submissions, and align with product, operations, estimation, and procurement.
