Homebound is seeking a Field Program Manager to lead technology deployment and process optimization across Dallas–Fort Worth job sites, with planned expansion to Houston. You will bridge product and operations, ensuring platform adoption, data reliability, and ongoing field enablement.

This highly visible role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while partnering with product, operations, and procurement teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years in field operations, construction supervision, or related coordination roles.
• Proven ability to drive technology adoption and measurable improvements.
• Experience in residential construction or field ops tech is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of escalation for field tech issues and maintain weekly Dallas/Houston field presence.
• Own tech onboarding for new Superintendents and trade partners; provide ongoing mobile app training.
• Collaborate with Implementation Manager and product teams to translate field feedback into product insights.
• Shadow Superintendents to align field schedules with product and central operations; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Manage third-party video capture program in market; onboard partners and ensure timely feedback and payments.
