Job summary

Window Nation is hiring a Field Technician to measure windows and doors at residential sites, ensure accurate orders, and support installation teams. You will provide measurements for labor and materials, review projects with customers, and anticipate roadblocks to keep projects on track.

The role requires 2+ years measuring/replacing windows, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Word/Excel, and iPad navigation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of professional experience measuring replacement windows.
• 2+ years of professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to navigate various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential customer sites to measure each window, door, or opening as needed.
• Ensure orders meet installation specifications and include material and labor requirements.
• Support pricing by providing accurate measurements and assessments for labor/materials.
• Review installation project with customers and anticipate potential roadblocks.
• Execute change order specifications and maintain service parts inventory.
• Complete service assessments and identify needed services, materials and labor.
• Fulfill service appointment specifications; maintain safety and EPA compliance.
