Job summary

Window Nation in Portland, OR is seeking a Field Technician to visit residential sites, measure windows and doors, and verify that each order meets installation specifications.

You will support pricing with precise measurements, communicate with customers, maintain service parts inventory, and stay current with product techniques and EPA regulations. A high school diploma, 2+ years in window measurement/installation, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Measuring windows, doors, or openings at residential sites.
• Experience with installation or repair of windows and related home improvements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use an iPad for work.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential sites to measure each window and opening.
• Ensure orders meet installation specifications and create purchase orders.
• Support pricing with accurate measurements for labor and materials.
• Review installation projects with customers and communicate progress.
• Maintain a CRM record of service activities and job costs.
