Job summary
Window Nation is seeking a Field Technician to visit residential sites, take precise measurements and ensure installations meet specifications. You will communicate with customers, support pricing with accurate data and participate in project reviews.
The role requires hands-on experience with windows, doors, and related home improvements, plus a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate has 2+ years measuring replacement windows and installing or repairing windows, roofing, or siding, along
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience measuring replacement windows.
- Two or more years of experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel; CRM systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential sites to measure windows, doors and openings as needed.
- Ensure orders meet installation specifications and purchase order requirements.
- Support pricing with accurate measurements for labor/materials.
- Review installation projects with customers and document progress.
- Maintain knowledge of Window Nation products and installation techniques.
