Job summary

PURIS is seeking a Field Technician - Wet Utilities to support water, sewer and storm lines rehabilitation projects in Houston. This full-time role works with supervisors and crews to locate, investigate and clean pipelines, and to assist in setup and site cleanup.

The position requires physical labor outdoors, lifting up to 75 lbs, and regular travel up to 90%. CDL and safety certifications are preferred. You will drive between job sites and review permits and post-installation videos.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in outdoor construction and physical labor.
• CDL and safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90%.
• Must pass drug test and license checks.

Responsibilities

• Work with supervisors and peers on water and sewer rehabilitation and repair projects.
• Direct equipment and adjust machinery to fit location needs.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of job sites, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Review permits; assist in reviewing pre/post-installation videos.
