Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations in Wheeling, WV. You’ll setup, operate, and maintain pumps and water transfer systems for field operations, with 12-hour shifts and potential overnight travel.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, collaborate with a team, and follow safety SOPs to support fracking and production activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
