Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician – Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in New Martinsville, WV. You will set up, operate and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water transfer systems on site, supporting fracking and production activities.

No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities for quick growth. This is a full-time role with 12-hour shifts and overnight travel as needed, in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or related educational background.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for field work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels and pressures; perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow SOPs.
• Travel to job sites; overnight stays may be required.
• Work on 12-hour shifts and in field locations.
