Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Wheeling, WV. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities.

This full-time, on-site role includes 12-hour shifts, travel to job sites (often overnight), outdoor work in all weather, and on‑the‑job training with clear opportunities for growth. No prior experience required; we train you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
• Oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-Based - Full-Time.
• 12-hour shifts possible.
• Travel and overnight stays as required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
