Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a field vegetation management professional in Mayagüez to oversee vegetation control near transmission and distribution circuits, conduct field assessments, coordinate with landowners, and support outage restoration efforts. Responsibilities

Conducts field assessment of vegetation in proximity to Transmission and Distribution circuits.
Notifies property owners about planned vegetation maintenance and negotiates access.
Supports foremen and vegetation maintenance crews in clarifying prescribed work.
Performs post-work quality inspections.
Contractor safety oversight and inspections.
Follows safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and drills to support reliable service recovery.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations to support team goals.
