USIC Locating Services, LLC is seeking outdoor, safety-minded field technicians for full-time locator roles across diverse sites. The position emphasizes independent field work, a company vehicle and training, and opportunities for advancement in a leading utility damage prevention firm.

Responsibilities include locating utilities, marking positions, completing documentation, and working with ticketing systems. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Able to read locate tickets, maps and prints.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
• Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
