• Complete work per estimate and schedule; report delays.
• Keep accurate times records by segment.
• Recommend additional service to maximize machine productivity.
• Advise customers professionally when required.
• Ensure parts billed and unused parts returned timely.
• Submit work orders to Service Manager upon completion.
• Occasionally perform duties off-site.
• Help maintain company fixed assets.
• Attend training and KEI events.
