Qualifications

• Technical school degree or equivalent mechanical repairs.
• Experience as agricultural or heavy equipment technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge or certifications of multiple equipment brands.
• Experience using PF W IntelliDealer computer system.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment needed for the job.
• CDL desirable but not required, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first approach at all times.
• Diagnose equipment and verify repairs per estimate.
• Perform work per estimate and schedule; notify if delays.
• Keep accurate times records by segment.
• Recommend additional service to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.
• Advise customers professionally when required.
• Ensure parts billed are used; return unused parts promptly.
• Submit work orders to Service Manager after each segment.
• Perform duties off-site when required.
• Help maintain company fixed assets.
• Attend training events as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
