Job summary

Cennox is seeking a Field Technician to join our expanding Field Services division in Bronx, NY. You will perform preventative maintenance, installations, and diagnose issues on financial equipment while training customers on proper use.

The role covers Bronx and surrounding areas, offering growth within a rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in low voltage electronics or mechanical systems, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
• Proficient with basic hand tools including multi-meter, voltmeter
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing and insured vehicle
• Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance and installation
• Diagnose issues with products and train customers on proper use of financial equipment
• Travel to Bronx, NY and surrounding areas to service locations
