Job summary

Cennox is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our St. Louis service team. You will perform preventative maintenance, install and troubleshoot banking and retail equipment, and train customers on proper use while traveling to sites in the St. Louis area.

A 3+ year background in low voltage electronics or electro-mechanical systems, strong problem solving, and customer service are required. The role includes a company vehicle, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Electro-mechanical skills a must; ability to use basic hand tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with mapping and routing applications (MapPoint/Google Maps).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation and issue determination.
• Train customers on the proper use of financial equipment across St. Louis and surrounding areas.
