ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader in Watertown, MA to drive retail installation projects from planning to completion. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality across fixtures, displays, and technology integrations.

The role emphasizes leadership, field execution, and clear communication with store leadership and clients. Travel may be required for project support and overnight assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting.
