Job summary

Southern Star is seeking a skilled technician to install and service DISH TV, Starlink Internet, and home entertainment products. You will work with customers, upsell services, and travel to sites as needed.

A strong technical aptitude, clear background check, and ability to navigate crawl spaces and ladders up to 38 ft are essential. The position offers paid training, a company vehicle after training, 401K, generous paid time off, and life insurance.

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

Schedule: This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity: Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $500.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.
