Job summary

Southern Star is hiring technicians to install and service DISH TV, Starlink Internet, and home entertainment products. The role starts at $17.00 per hour during training, increasing after 60 days, with a guaranteed $20.00 per hour after training through 9 months.

You can earn additional bonuses and commissions as you perform. The position requires travel up to 20%, works 5 days a week (Sunday and Monday off), and offers paid training, 401k, life insurance, a company vehicle after training, and

Job description

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 upon sixty days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.

However, the earning potential is much higher!

Schedule:

This position requires working 5 days a week, which includes working on holidays. Your designated days off each week will be Sunday and Monday.

Bonus Opportunity:

Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $750.00, half of which you receive at approximately 60 days and the other at approximately 6 months.
