Job summary

Southern Star in Texas is seeking a skilled technician to install and support DISH TV, Starlink Internet, and home security products. Competitive base pay with commissions, bonus opportunities, and a clear path to $50k–$60k first year.

After training, base rate increases to $20/hour, with potential to reach $60k–$85k+ for experienced technicians. Benefits include 401K, PTO, and a company vehicle upon completing training.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug screen and MVR.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time; lodging and per diem covered.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot while installing DISH systems.

Responsibilities

• Upsell products and services during installations.
• Install DISH systems and provide customer service at client sites.
• Follow safety protocols and document work performed.
