Job summary

SOUTHERN STAR is hiring technicians in Texas. The role includes paid training, base pay starting at $17.00 per hour with a 0.50 increase after 60 days, and a guaranteed $20.00 per hour through the first 9 months after training. You can earn $50k–$60k in year one and $60k–$85k+ with commissions and bonuses.

Expect to work 5 days weekly, including holidays, with Sundays and Mondays off. Benefits include 401K, PTO, life insurance, a company vehicle after training, and a monthly smartphone stipend.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Clear background, drug screen, and MVR required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell products during installation.

Responsibilities
