Southern Star is hiring technicians to install and service DISH systems. Training pays $17.00 per hour with a raise to $20.00 per hour after training, plus bonuses and commissions.

First-year earnings often range from $50,000 to $60,000; experienced technicians can earn $60,000 to $85,000+ annually. Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to navigate crawl spaces and use ladders up to 38 ft.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with lodging and per diem covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell products and services during installation of DISH systems.
• Background check, drug screen, and clean Motor Vehicle Record required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH systems for customers while delivering high quality support.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and company revenue.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 20%.
• Provide ongoing assistance and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
