Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and mounting systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Connect wiring, inverters, and other system components according to electrical codes and project specifications.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation system checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues encountered on‑site.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including working at heights and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools on job sites.

Requirements

• Previous experience in solar panel installation, electrical work, or construction is highly preferred.
