Job summary

DISH is seeking Field Technicians to visit customers' homes and deliver TV and Smart Home solutions. You will lead efforts to educate customers and showcase DISH’s smart home capabilities, acting as the face of the company in customers’ homes.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience, with training provided to help you grow within the organization. A 4-day work week and performance-based promotions are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment; driving record meets DISH’s safety standard.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers’ homes daily to deliver and install TV and Smart Home solutions.
