AMH, a leading single-family rental company, seeks a Field Technician Community to support maintenance across AMH properties, focusing on tenant turns and repairs. You will inspect homes, service HVAC systems, and supervise contractor work to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), a valid driver’s license, and HVAC experience is preferred. Hourly pay ranges from $27.42 to $34.28 with quarterly bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; associate degree/technical cert preferred.
• Minimum two years in residential/property maintenance or five years in lieu of education.
• Valid driver's license required and HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic hand/power tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled home repairs and preventive maintenance during property visits.
• Address maintenance issues reported by residents in occupied homes.
• Conduct move-out inspections and manage tenant turns with contractor oversight.
• Inspect and maintain community amenities and buildings for safety and functionality.
• Order supplies for assigned sites and service HVAC systems including tune-ups.
• Document maintenance needs and report lease violations; verify contractor work quality.
