Job summary

REMS is hiring Field Technicians for its Madison, Wisconsin properties. This role involves performing on-site repairs and upkeep of residential and condo properties, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

You will conduct inspections, handle notices and documentation, and assist with access management for residents, owners, vendors, and contractors. The position emphasizes independence and teamwork, travel between properties, and serving as a reliable on-site resource for

Qualifications

• Experience with rental properties, storage facilities, property management, or similar is highly desired.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with team members.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property and move-out inspections, renewal and final walkthroughs while documenting observations.
• Posting notices, property communications, vendor instructions, and other required documentation.
• Supporting property access needs through key management, lockbox coordination and access assistance.
• Providing minor maintenance support and serving as the on-site resource for maintenance requests, emergencies and concerns.
• Serving as an on-site point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and contractors.
