Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and heating systems.
• Repair appliances, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Patch, repair, and paint walls and drywall.
• Manage inventory and order replacements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and update vendor list.
• Handle on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Prepare units for turnover and conduct unit painting.
