Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) is seeking a skilled Remodel Technician to join our maintenance team in the Milwaukee region. You will remodel, paint, repair drywall, and assist in apartment turnover while supporting multiple communities across Wisconsin and Illinois.

A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. You will work 8am–5pm with some on-call rotations and occasional hotel stays when working in Illinois.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in remodeling, painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.
• Knowledge of construction, painting techniques, and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including demolition and installation of appliances, cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring, fixtures, drywall, and caulking.
• Conduct painting and drywall repairs to maintain a high-quality appearance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing as part of remodeling.
• Assist in apartment turnover and general remodel efforts.
• Perform preventative maintenance including HVAC filter changes and window coverings.
