Job summary

Rite Rug Co. in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Field Representative to work outside the office, inspecting homes and installations. You will check job readiness, monitor installers, and ensure projects are buttoned up and completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience helpful
• Commitment to safety in all work practices
• Able to work independently and problem solve
• Able to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
• Must be a good communicator
• Pass drug test and be subject to random test

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day
• Schedule work to be done in an efficient manner
• Determine best method of installations and repairs
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
