Qualifications

• Must have experience in equipment maintenance and general repair across plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• On-call for emergencies; may work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Authorized to work in the United States; High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in facility maintenance and building upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Document notes for each service request with findings and inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
