Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Troy, PA. You will set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities on site. No experience required; training provided.

This is a full-time, field-based position with rotating schedules and 12-hour shifts. Outdoor work in all weather conditions, travel to job sites, and strong safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to travel to sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed, often overnight; 12-hour shifts.

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!
