Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations to set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water transfer systems that support oil and gas production. This field role is hands-on and involves outdoor work, traveling to job sites, and often overnight stays on rotating schedules.

No experience is required; we provide training. You will work in a safety-focused team, handle 12-hour shifts when necessary, and participate in ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-based — full-time; 12-hour shifts possible.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!
