Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations in Towanda, PA to set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines and water transfer systems supporting fracking and production activities. No experience required; we provide training.

You will work on rotating schedules, travel to job sites, and perform equipment checks while following safety SOPs. This is a full-time, field-based role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible.
• Travel and overnight stays as required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
