Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Williamsport, PA. You will set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems critical to field operations.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Expect outdoor, physically demanding work, 12-hour shifts, and potential overnight travel. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential for team-based field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12‑hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands‑on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!
