Job summary

United Smart Tech is looking for a Field Technician to join uBreakiFix by Asurion. In this role, you will travel locally to diagnose and repair tech issues while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or tech repair is required.
• Comfortable driving and working independently.
• Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems/hardware and soldering.
• Flexible availability for retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive a fully equipped repair van to customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other tech devices.
• Deliver friendly service experiences at customer homes.
• Promote device protection and support plans.
