uBreakiFix by Asurion in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Field Technician who travels to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other tech. You will drive a fully equipped van, deliver friendly in-home service, and promote device protection plans.

The role requires customer-service and tech repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
