Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Field Technician to travel locally and fix tech problems at customer locations. You’ll diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other devices, delivering friendly in-home service experiences that leave customers smiling.

You’ll also promote device protection plans, enjoy ongoing training and career development, and operate from a company van that serves as your flexible mobile office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tech repair, or retail.
• Comfortable driving and working independently.
• Basic mobile OS/hardware knowledge and soldering.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability (retail hours + weekends).
