A leading environmental and infrastructure consulting firm is looking for a CMT Field Technician 1 in Redmond, WA. This full-time position involves reporting on and testing civil construction materials, assisting with inspections, and conducting various job site tests. Qualifications
Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to obtain WAQTC and ACI Certification within 3 months of hire.
Ability to travel for Western Washington per diem projects.
Responsibilities
Write and submit test reports daily.
Assist with inspection of Heavy Civil construction.
Perform various job site tests and record data.
Sample and test Cement Concrete and surfacing materials.
Use a nuclear gauge to test densities.
Write and receive tickets for measurements.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of materials testing and construction practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to adjust work schedule
