Atlas is seeking a full-time Construction Materials Tester - CMT Field Technician 1 in Olympia, Washington. The role involves performing materials testing for heavy civil infrastructure projects with a focus on accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly compensation ranges from $24 to $32, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain WAQTC and ACI Certification for testing.
• Experience in construction environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately write and submit test reports daily.
• Perform various job site tests and record test data.
• Sample and test materials such as Concrete and Asphalt.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of materials testing and construction practices

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Flexibility to adjust work schedule
