Our technicians earn between $22 and $24.50 per hour on average, with top performers earning up to $35 per hour. The base rate is $17 per hour guaranteed for the first year.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing advanced technologies such as DISH, OnTech, Hughes, Viasat, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working with customers to resolve them.
• Educating customers about installed equipment and potential value-added products for their connected home.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong customer service skills, friendliness, motivation, work ethic, and integrity.
• Ability to safely operate equipment like aerial lifts and ladders within weight limits.
• Capability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and work in various environments and climates.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, background check, and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
