On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician). You will operate across multiple worksites, delivering first aid, incident reporting, and health screenings where certified, in a company vehicle with a strong focus on safety compliance.

The role supports patients and workers in a dynamic environment, includes on-call rotations with stipends, and offers benefits and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• At least 21 years of age
• Insurable by motor vehicle policy with 3+ years driving history or defensive driving training
• Pass a criminal background check where allowed by law
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with policy requirements

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incidents across varied worksites in a company vehicle
• Provide first aid and incident reports; conduct health screenings when certified
• Draw blood when credentialed and support health and safety compliance
• Communicate clearly with sites and leadership to ensure safety protocols are followed

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

• EMT, AEMT, Paramec, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

Additional Notes:

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
