Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician to travel to various worksites and provide urgent medical support, safety checks, and incident documentation. The role uses a company vehicle and offers paid training, a strong benefits package, and on-call rotation for some nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates are EMTs, paramedics, LVNs, or certified medical professionals who enjoy dynamic environments, can handle long drives, and want flexible shifts with 2–3

Qualifications

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with insurable driving history.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incidents at diverse worksites in a company vehicle.
  • Conduct health screenings and document incident reports.
  • Provide first aid and incident reports; draw blood when certified.

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

We're seeking dedicated professionals with education or experience in:



  • EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant


Minimum Qualifications:


  • At least 21 years of age

  • Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record \"hits\")

  • Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.


Additional Notes:


  • Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.

  • You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.

  • Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
