Job summary

On-site Health & Safety is seeking a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician) to join a dynamic team. EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or equivalent medical professional will respond to diverse worksites, provide first aid, document incidents, and help maintain health and safety compliance.

We offer a 4 days/10-hour shifts, a company vehicle to take home, paid training, comprehensive medical benefits, 401k, and on-call stipends for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Must be insurable by motor vehicle insurance (3 years driving history or approved defensive driving).
• Pass a criminal background check where permitted by law.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with testing policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to diverse worksites from construction to refineries in a company vehicle.
• Provide first aid, incident reports, and conduct health screenings as qualified.
• Draw blood when certified and ensure health and safety compliance.

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

Additional Notes:

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
