• Valid driver’s license (CDL may be preferred depending on company).
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and major component repairs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, etc.).
• Respond to field service calls and perform repairs on-site to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company procedures.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and parts departments to ensure efficient job completion.
